Kathy is an MD/MBA, an entrepreneur, an engineer and an ex-consultant. She co-founded SPOUTS of Water, a ceramic water filter manufacturer, and Juni Essentials, an all-natural oral care brand. Kathy holds an MD/MBA from Stanford where she was a recipient of the Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowships and an AB/SM from Harvard where she studied Engineering Sciences and Molecular and Cellular Biology.

 

She lives in Menlo Park with her husband, 2 daughters and parents who feed her copious amounts of Korean food. Kathy sits on the board of a non-profit in Uganda and also advises startups in her free time.
