Hillary is a natural community builder and operational leader with a passion for building world-class teams in tech. With two decades of experience in Silicon Valley, her experience spans across a variety of functions within both very early stage and growth stage companies. She is relationship oriented, driven by impact, and focused on creating positive culture through authentic storytelling.

 

Most recently, Hillary led Talent, Community and Marketing at CRV for the last 6 years. In this role she helped transform the way in which VC firms provide services to their portfolio companies. She is also a founding member of the ICON Board, the Israeli Collaboration Network, a pre-seed stage incubator connecting Israeli startups to Silicon Valley. Previously, Hillary spent nearly a decade at Facebook and Google scaling the businesses pre-IPO in a variety of global operating and people management roles. She was primarily focused on Sales and Operations, Learning and Development and People Operations.
